Not beyond what the analysis needs. The photo is sent over an encrypted connection to our AI sub-processors in the European Union (Scaleway in Paris for the analysis, IONOS Cloud in Germany for the simulation), kept in an encrypted volume on our server in France, then automatically deleted within 30 days at the latest. Phimetra never uses your photos to train AI models.

No. Phimetra is a decision support tool, not a medical device. Each report includes a clear disclaimer: only a qualified practitioner can issue a diagnosis and propose a procedure. The tool helps the doctor communicate better with the patient.
The simulation is generated by a third-party AI model (served by IONOS Cloud in Germany, then recomposed on our server in France). It respects the bone structure of the face (no deformation) and only simulates the zones chosen by the patient. The result is indicative.
Botulinum toxin (Botox): forehead, crow's feet, glabella, lip flip, Nefertiti. Hyaluronic acid: lips, cheekbones, dark circles, nasolabial folds, nose, jawline, temples. Full protocol: both combined.
Three options: (1) Send a personalized scan link to your patient before the appointment. (2) Embed the Phimetra widget on your website (one line of code). (3) Use Phimetra during consultation on a tablet or computer.

The public path without an account is computed on the server in France. The link sent to the patient stays in the European Union, unless the clinic has allowed processing outside the EU and the patient has consented. Stored photos stay in France, for 30 days at most. Phimetra lets you send a pre-consultation link: the patient runs the analysis from their phone, selects the zones they care about, and arrives with a clear intent.
