Are my photos protected?

All plans are monthly, no commitment. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Payments are secured by Stripe.

What if I exceed my monthly volume?+

You receive email alerts at 80% and 100% of quota. Beyond that, new analyses are queued until renewal, or you can upgrade in one click · prorated.

Can I switch plans anytime?+

Yes. The change is instant and the price is prorated. You keep all patient history and data.

Is my data hosted in Europe?+

Yes. All patient data is stored exclusively in France, in line with GDPR Article 9 (health data) and MDR 2017/745.

Can the widget be embedded on any website?+

Yes · a simple JavaScript snippet drops into your site (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, custom code). You get a signed token unique to your clinic that cannot be reused elsewhere.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes · the Patient Pro subscription at €29/month includes a 3-day trial. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe portal before the trial ends, at no charge. For practices, a real-world demo is available on request.
