1. Data collected
Phimetra collects only the data required for aesthetic pre-consultation:
- Face photo (stored encrypted for 30 days, then automatically deleted)
- Name, email, phone (if voluntarily provided for the quote)
- AI diagnostic results (stored for your history)
2. Data usage
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Generate your personalised aesthetic overview (indicative visualisation for illustrative purposes only — does not imply a guaranteed result)
- Create your indicative before/after visualisation (aesthetic simulation, no guaranteed outcome)
- Send your PDF pre-consultation report (if requested)
- Facilitate appointment booking (if requested)
3. Sub-processors
- Stripe (payments) — PCI-DSS certified
- Resend (transactional emails)
- Cloudflare (CDN / proxy — does not host data)
- OpenRouter (AI analysis — processing in the United States)
- fal.ai (simulation rendering — processing in the United States)
4. Retention
Photos are stored encrypted for 30 days, then automatically deleted. Diagnostics are kept for 12 months then automatically deleted.
