Mes photos sont-elles protégées ?

No. Phimetra records the patient's consent to the processing of her photo (GDPR Article 9) before any analysis. Treatment consent forms for toxin, fillers or skin boosters remain the practitioner's own documents.

What is recorded when the patient consents?

The acceptance and its timestamp are logged. Photos are deleted automatically within 30 days at the latest, and the patient can ask for deletion at any time.

Can Phimetra draft quotes?

Yes. Phimetra drafts a quote from the consultation. You review and adjust it before sharing it with the patient.

Is patient data safe?

The application and database are hosted at OVHcloud in Strasbourg (France). Photo analysis is performed by Scaleway in Paris. For a signed-in account, the visual simulation is produced by fal.ai (United States), unless the practitioner checks Medical privacy: the photo then stays in the European Union, that choice is recorded, and it is not sent to fal.ai. With a paid subscription in force, Germany is used if that engine answers; otherwise the calculation stays in France. Without that subscription, the calculation stays in France. The public path without an account is computed on the server in France. The link sent to the patient stays in the European Union, unless the clinic has allowed processing outside the EU and the patient has consented. Stored photos stay in France, for 30 days at most. Encrypted in transit and at rest.

Before a photo is analysed, the patient gives explicit consent on screen (GDPR Article 9). Nothing is processed without it.

Timestamped log

Each acceptance is logged with its date and time, so you can show when and how consent was given.

Quote drafts

Generate a quote draft from the consultation, so the patient leaves with written pricing rather than a verbal estimate. You review it before sharing.
